Biology gives me the science.
It has trained me to pay attention to evidence, ask better questions, and understand the healthcare topics behind the products and services I may represent.
Auburn University • Interdisciplinary Studies
I’m an Interdisciplinary Studies student at Auburn, studying biology, business, and leadership. After graduation, I plan to build a career in pharmaceutical field sales, where I can use my science background and my ability to connect with people.

About me
I started at Auburn as a Biomedical Sciences major because I was interested in science and healthcare. As I moved through the program, I realized that the career I wanted would also depend on communication, business judgment, and leadership. Transferring into Interdisciplinary Studies gave me the opportunity to bring those interests together.
My coursework and professional experience have helped me become comfortable working with scientific information, collaborating with different personalities, and keeping details organized. Those are the skills I want to carry into pharmaceutical sales.
My areas of emphasis
It has trained me to pay attention to evidence, ask better questions, and understand the healthcare topics behind the products and services I may represent.
It helps me think about clients, goals, priorities, and how strong organization supports better results.
It has strengthened the way I communicate, contribute to a team, and take responsibility for following through.

Professional experience
At Inizio Engage, I support administrative and client account coordination in a pharmaceutical environment. The experience is showing me how much accuracy, communication, and strong client relationships matter in this industry. It has also confirmed that I want to move into pharmaceutical field sales after graduation.
My work involves confidential company and client information, so this portfolio focuses on academic projects that show the same skills: preparation, communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
